- Optional analytics information: device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions and campaign information when you consent and a configured analytics service is active.
- Optional marketing information: browser or device identifiers, page visits and campaign interactions when you consent and a configured advertising or measurement service is active.
3. Why the information is used

5. Who may receive information?

Retailer links take you to separate websites, such as Amazon. Those organisations decide how they use information on their own services and publish their own privacy notices.
6. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, Jeremy will rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. You may ask for more information using the contact email above.
7. How long information is kept
- Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. A minimal suppression record may be retained so an opted-out address is not accidentally re-added.
- Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a continuing matter or legal obligation.
- Published reviews are kept while they remain relevant to the website. You may ask for your review to be removed; limited moderation records may be kept for a reasonable period.
- Security, error, search and server records are kept on limited, rolling schedules and for no longer than reasonably needed to diagnose faults, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
- Consent choices on your device expire after the period shown in Cookie settings, currently six months.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer, or object to its use. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Jeremy may need to confirm your identity before completing a request and will normally respond within one month.

This website does not make decisions about visitors solely by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects. This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest date is shown at the top of the page, and a renewed consent choice will be requested when a material cookie change requires it.
